Many assume that incest must have occurred in order for the population to increase if Adam, Eve, Cain & Abel were the only people.
It has been said, by some, that Cain married his half sister but she could only have been a half sister if Adam or Eve had sex with someone not of their immediate family...
So where did Cain's wife come from ?
Were there other people outside of Eden ?
Many theologians & Sunday school instructors teach that Adam was the first & only man.
Ask yourself the question...
Why, after the LORD God gave Adam, the breath of life, did He then take Adam into the garden of Eden ?
Why did He not give Adam the breath of life in Eden ?
...this was because Adam was the best of all the hominoid male virgins (men aged 30), bred by the Lord from a virgin female born from the Earth.
An immaculate conception - as was Jesus & others that God had special plans for the offspring
Adam was given the breath of life before God planted the garden in Eden because...
...the garden was a secret hidden place where God could isolate Adam away from others thus protecting him from having his DNA contaminated with sexual desires.
The Book of Adam and Eve shows us there were people living before Adam & Eve as does the Bible...

8 Therefore God did not accept his offering, because his heart was full of murderous thoughts. 9 And they all thus lived together in the cave.
Cain was fifteen years old, and Abel twelve years old. Jealousy overcomes Cain. He makes trouble in the family.
How the first murder was planned.

Neither of them were married or had children at that time for which should negate other theories they were over 130 years old when the murder took place.
Theologians postulate the weak idea that Adam & Eve, during that 130 years would have had many other children & other grandchildren even great, great grandchildren.
Those children, after becoming adults, were said to have populated the area that Cain was banished into thus, supposedly, accounting for where Cain’s wife & other people came from.
However it is hard to believe that, allegedly, at 130 years old Cain & Abel had no wives & no children yet their younger brothers & sisters were seemingly said to have had multiple spouses with multiple children.
Instead of death for his crime, maybe because of his age, Cain was banished to the land of Nod.
He pleaded with God not to cast him out as 'others' would want to kill him knowing he was a murderer.
'Others' could have been children of Satan as in The First Book of Adam & Eve Satan tells Cain of...
...my relations are in the north.
In Chapter LXXVIII of The Book of Adam and Eve.
Adam suggests to Eve it was ok for Cain to marry his brother Abel's sister and for Abel to marry Cain's sister.
But Eve said. "I do not like Cain because he is hard - hearted"
This, plus Satan saying to Cain that he 'loved him,' may give credence to the notion that it was Satan that directed the serpent (a fallen angel ) to impregnate Eve.
After, Adam & Eve were banished, Eve gave birth to Cain, said to be the evil one.
Adam said it would be ok for Cain to marry his brother's sister.
(if Adam was not Cain's father it would have been ok).
However Cain did not get married at that time as he was cast out, because of killing his brother, to live in the land of Nod.
In addition to the above regarding other people living outside of Eden at that time is Genesis 2:18 it states ...
The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone...
... I will make a helper suitable for him.”
Then in Gen 2:20 it states...
"for Adam no suitable helper was found."
Did this mean He was not able to make a suitable helper ?
As such did the Lord God decide He would see if there was a suitable one out of all the wild animals including all of the different kinds of humanoids the Lord made out of the earth to evolve in Gen 2:19.
Suitable ?
Was He expecting there might be another humanoid, maybe a descendant from Adam's mother, that may not have been contaminated with sexual desires ?
After studying them all it appears a female named Lilith Isaiah 34:14, was chosen..

C&P... Of Jewish tradition tells Lilith as Escaped Wife.
In Genesis Rabbah, we encounter a brief midrash that claims that Adam had a first wife before Eve.
Lilith was formed from the ground (evolved), was chosen to be Adam's wife but apparently she had lustful desires & was shown to be demonic as such she was not suitable.
As a consequence of the Lord God's failures to make or find a suitable helper He resorted to cloning one from Adam's rib.
This does not sound like The Supreme Creator God who knows everything & is said to be omniscience does it ?
Six points here to take from the statements above...
1) We now know there were other people
2) We know where Cain's wife came from
3) This explains where Adam came from
4) Where Adam's mother came from
5) Adam's father was an angel or Lord God
6) How could others know Cain was a murderer ?
God said He would put a mark on Cain's head to let others know not to kill him because he was protected by God.
Some say the mark was a tattoo but that is doubtful as anyone can make a tattoo.
Did Cain then have an aura, described as a horn in Jewish text, that to others would indicate he was a murderer ?
All humans alive today descended from Adam.
After Adam was given the 'breath of life' (a higher soul) around 10,000 years ago his genealogy permeated throughout the entire human race.
This said to Jacob, grandson of Abraham descendant of Adam...
Genesis 28:14 ...
"Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south.
All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring"

Adam's birth, the breath of life & the cloning of Eve, took place at the very least 9,156 to 11,500 years ago; coinciding with the findings of the University of California that about 10,000 years ago there was...
..."an abundance of recent adaptive mutations etched in the human genome"
Their data shows, human evolution has occurred a hundred times more quickly than in any other period in our species’ history.
In conclusion ....
Incest may not have taken place because other people, from the line of Satan, existed that Cain most likely married.
