In order to get a more complete understanding about Adam we must briefly go back millions of years to a time of the Triassic period of life on earth when an argument, in heaven, broke out about what the role mankind's life on earth should be.
As a result of the unresolved argument Lucifer & his followers were cast out of heaven.
They decided to go to earth & became incarnate.
Their physical bodies were extremely big, some hundreds of feet tall.
They took control of the earthly realm by first defiling as much of God's creations as they could by cross breeding & modifying the DNA of everything on earth.
That type of intervention, aside from higher oxygen levels than today, quickly caused many giant plants & creatures to appear on earth.
When an asteroid impacted earth (that could have been directed) it instantly caused, not only rapid climate change, that cooled the earth, but volcanic activity that gradually affected earth's climate for millions of years.
Killing almost everything that ( Lucifer ) Satan & his followers had defiled.
Then over a very long period of time many different kinds of humanoids developed (evolved out of the earth / ground) seeded there by the Lord God from The Supreme God's original designs (DNA ?).
It seems that between 9,000 & 11,000 years ago homo - sapiens had reached a stage of development where humanity was making the transition from living off the land to actively raising crops & domesticating animals.
This became the right time for the deity to instigate heavenly interventions enabling not only a higher physical / intellectual advancement but would also facilitate a higher spiritual awareness.
Thus ensuring, after the death of the physical, a transfer of enhanced positive energy, called the soul, into a higher level of continued existence that would then provide a symbiotic relationship to form between the physical & spiritual.
The problem was the desires that would drive humanoids to reproduce, instigated by Satan, causes a selfish wanton lust that promotes aggressive thoughts & action towards others that often, not only leads to other selfish desires, causes murders & mayhem within communities...
...It also causes the soul forces to become restricted to a lower level of negative energy that supports Satan's desire for power that once enhanced should have rightly returned to God...
...without God's enhancement the soul would not reach everlasting existence.
This lust was exactly what Satan wants in order to gain followers devoted to his plan of domination over the Lord God's created souls along with The Supreme God's created spirits.
Giant men, called Nephilim, were a result of the cross breeding of angelic embodied beings with earthly females at that time.
Gigantism can be seen today with the mixed breeding of tigers with lions.
A liger is the result of crossing a male lion & female tiger.
In these cases of cross breeding the gene that controls the end of growth is lost resulting in offspring that do not stop growing.
Giantisms also occurs when an embodied male angel impregnates an earthly female.
This successful union is proof that angels & humans have to be genetically related... (of the same kind)
Genesis 6 verse 4... "The Nephilim were on the earth in those days and also afterward when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown".
Again keep in mind, women impregnated by an embodied angel gave birth to children who grew into giants at that earlier time.
That, according to lateral thinkers & common sense, was why ...
This makes the probability that Adam's father was an angel / or Lord God & his mother was a righteous virgin credible as that type of interbreeding, at that time, was the proven way that results in giants being born into the world from an earth female.
Luke 3 verse 38...
"the son of Enosh, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God".
God's plan for His creations, on this earthly plane, was for man to quickly evolve into a higher state without sex to multiply.
There are other ways to reproduces without sex.
This was a way of fast tracking the process of untainted souls entering back into heaven with an enriched & more powerful soul force.
It was only after Adam evolved from the earth (ground) was he then placed in a garden in Eden.
This was done to isolate him from the outside world ensuring against contamination of his DNA by indulging in the pleasures of the body as others were doing outside Eden.
Genesis 2 verse 8... After God made the man form from the earth (evolved) it was only then ..."in Eden He put the man".
Genesis 2 verse 15... "The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden".
He made Adam & Eve without sexual involvement so that the desire for sex was not in their minds or in their DNA.
Desire is the root of all evil.
When common sense is used one can only conclude God did NOT intend, want or have as His first plan for Adam or Eve to have sex because of not only that previously mentioned but also because of the following Biblical statements...
Sex is forbidden between close kinship as mentioned in Leviticus 18 verse ... 20 verse 11 & considering Eve was a clone from Adam there is no closer kinship.
Galatians 5 verse 16 "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh".
"Do on earth as is done in heaven". There is no sex in heaven.
No time was mentioned between The Supreme God creating all men & women's spirits, in readiness for incarnation, to when the Lord God gave Adam the breath of life...
As with other births, that God had a special plan for the offspring, the Lord God caused Adam to be born from a woman that evolved from the earth & in all likelihood she was a virgin & as such resulted in, like Jesus, Adam's immaculate conception.
The Biblical interpretation of when & how Adam was created is based on the notion that he was the first human when in all likelihood it was referring to him being the first to be given a soul / spirit of God's highest strength & quality. (a HuMan). also see
According to Jewish text, in that earlier time, a male becomes a man at aged 30. also see
Note...Most all paintings & statues by the great artists show Adam with a navel & nipples (born from a womb).
Had Adam 'not' evolved from the great apes & came into being via God literally creating him, fully grown, out of dirt, He would not have given Adam or men nipples !
Genesis 2 verse 18 ... I will make him a helper suitable for him.
Genesis 2 verse 19 ... "Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals"...
Genesis 2 verse 20... But for Adam no suitable helper was found.
Suitable ?
Was He expecting there might be another humanoid, maybe a descendant from Adam's mother, that may not have been contaminated with sexual desires ?
After studying them all it appears a female named Lilith Isaiah 34 verse 14, was first chosen...

In Genesis Rabbah, we encounter a brief midrash that claims that Adam had a first wife before Eve.
Lilith was formed from the ground (evolved), was chosen to be Adam's wife but apparently she had lustful desires and was shown to be demonic as such she was not suitable.
Adam was placed in Eden between 9,600 to 11,600 years ago when he was about 30 years old.
We could assume from some texts it took 26 years for the Lord to upgrade Adam with 'The breath of life'.
Jewish traditional historians say that Adam & Eve had 56 children. 29 sons & 27 daughters.
Considering he lived for 930 years Adam, in all likelihood, had more wives & many more children.
Those in heaven, awaiting to incarnate, would have only been able to do so by going into humanoids that had been engineered to develop into 'Homo sapiens' - wise men - that were only from the line of Adam.
The Supreme God must have made many human spirits but none of the physical conversions made by the Lord God, aside from Adam, were good enough even though the Lord God tried to make one.
Was He expecting there might be another homo-sapien, maybe a descendant from Adam's mother, a virgin, not yet contaminated with sexual desires ?
He failed to find or make one good enough as such He resorted to cloning one from Adam's rib.
The Supreme God of Creation, being omniscience, would have NOT had trouble making a suitable helper & being 'all knowing' would NOT have had to go searching to see if He could find one !
The lessor not so experienced Lord God, at that time, did not know.
This certainly is proof Adam was not the first man - homo-sapien.
Many assume that incest must have occurred in order for the population to increase if Adam, Eve, Cain & Abel were the only people.
It has been said, by some, that Cain married his half sister but she could only have been a half sister if Adam or Eve had sex with someone not of their immediate family...
So where did Cain's wife come from ?
Were there other people outside of Eden ?
Many theologians & Sunday school instructors teach that Adam was the first & only man.
Keep in mind that after the Lord God gave Adam, who was made from the Earth (evolved), the breath of life, He then took him into the garden of Eden.
Why did He not give Adam the breath of life in Eden ?
Because Adam was the best of all the hominoids male virgins, bred by the Lord to virgin females born from the Earth, before planting the Garden in Eden where He could isolate Adam away from others thus protecting him from having his DNA contaminated with sexual desires.

narrates how the first murder was planned.
c&p...8 Therefore God did not accept his offering, because his heart was full of murderous thoughts. 9 And they all thus lived together in the cave.
Cain was fifteen years old, and Abel twelve years old. Jealousy overcomes Cain. He makes trouble in the family.

Neither of them were married or had children at that time for which should negate other theories they were over 130 years old when the murder took place.
Theologians postulate the weak idea that Adam & Eve, during that 130 years, would have had many other children & other grandchildren...
Those children, when adults, were said to have populated the area that Cain was banished into thus, supposedly, accounting for where Cain's wife & other people came from.
However it is hard to believe that, allegedly, at 130 years old Cain & Abel had no wives & no children yet their younger brothers & sisters were, seemingly, said to have had multiple spouses with multiple children.
Instead of death for his crime, maybe because of his age, Cain was banished to the land of Nod.
He pleaded with God not to cast him out as 'others' would want to kill him knowing he was a murderer.
'Others' could have been children of Satan as in The First Book of Adam & Eve Satan tells Cain...

In Chapter LXXVIII of...
The Book of Adam and Eve.
Adam suggests to Eve it was ok for Cain to marry his brother Abel's sister and for Abel to marry Cain's sister.
This would have been ok if, as was suggested by many, that Adam was not the father of Cian.
But Eve said. "I do not like Cain because he is hard - hearted"
This, plus Satan saying to Cain that he 'loved him,' may give credence to the notion that it was Satan that directed the serpent (a fallen angel ) to impregnate Eve.
After, Adam & Eve were banished, Eve gave birth to Cain, said to be the evil one, & as such Adam said it would be ok for Cain to marry his brother's sister. ( if Adam was not Cain's father it would have been ok ).
Note : Jesus came from the line of Seth not from Cain.
However Cain did not get married at that time as he was cast out, because of killing his brother, to live in the land of Nod.
After a couple of thousand years most all descendants from Adam & Cain became corrupt.
As a result of The Great Flood, due to start because of the melting north Arctic ice caps; God only warned some righteous people to make ready.
Not only was Noah righteous he was also said to have been over nine feet tall.
After the flood angels called 'Watchers' Daniel 4 verse 13 were sent to look after Noah.
However many of those angels also became corrupt & took themselves wives related to Noah.
In conclusion...
Genesis 1 verse 26...The Bible clearly states let us make 'humans' to be like us so that 'they' may rule.
It did not say let us make 'a' man.
God took 'a man', that was selected from all those men previously made by God, to work & tend to the garden that God had planted.
Adam was not the first man as has been pointed out when the Bible states...
But for Adam no suitable helper was found.
Cain was worried that others would kill him.
...Anyone who kills Cain will suffer...
Lilith, a female, was the first chosen to become Adam's helper...a brief midrash that claims that Adam had a first wife before Eve.
The Quran makes no mention of the creation of a man.
It only announces that God appointed a Vicegerent in the earth to tend to the garden.
Indicating other individuals were present to select from.
The Kabbalah...
teaches that in ancient times several worlds of living creatures were created & destroyed on Earth.
Rabbi Kaplan explains...
974 human generations were created before Adam.
The Torah also indicates that other people were already alive.
"God then created Adam, the first true human being with a higher soul "
As far as sin is concerned the Bottom Line is ...
It doesn't matter if you are heterosexual, LGBTIQA or if you indulge in masturbation as far as the deity is concerned all sexual activity is just like any other sin.
However people will not be punished for sin.
The following metaphor explains why...
...A person is driving a car down the road when they run into a crowd of people injuring and killing many.
The judge finds the driver not guilty when the defense lawyer presents evidence the brakes were faulty.
All humans have a faulty psyche, that usually, adversely, affects the soul.
This faulty contamination gets impregnated within our DNA when conception comes about via sexual intercourse.
This adulteration was instigated because of the deception perpetrated by Satan.
Jesus became our defense lawyer.
The anointed one, our Savior, who takes away all manner of sins.
Even when sinners do not regret their sins God may still forgive.
With most others the correction is hoped to come about after their souls gravitate back to a life on the same or a lower level as was their last incarnation. Reincarnation.
Jesus describes how the soul feels because of its return or demotion to earth as being like going into the valley of Hinnom.
Hell is a place for fallen angels & not for those with The Lord God of Earth's given soul.
Hell, for the human body & soul, is a state of mind.
Birth, for most, is a very traumatic experience.
Whereas...
Dying, for most, is a very tranquil experience.
After the end of this era, on judgement day, lost souls will receive a cleansing.
Baptism is an earthly symbolic representation of the heavenly cleansing.
It is only by the grace of God everything, including evolution, exists.
Evolution has been integrated within creation all as a part of His Divine plan.
