Is it mentioned in the Bible ?
One of the reasons for the evil that existed in mankind before The Great Flood was due to regaining the memory of previous lives which was as a result of the teachings by the fallen angels in their attempts to adulterate & contaminate all of God's creations.
'Why worry about the consequences of doing bad when, as a result of sin, everyone gets reborn anyway'.
For this reason early religious works that referenced reincarnation were not included in fear of the same disregard for righteousness would repeat.

Or the Jewish texts, for which most of the Bible was based on, reincarnation was deliberately left out.
For those that believe the Bible to be 100% true & unaltered keep in mind that even Pope Francis changed the wording of The Lord's Prayer.
Despite these edits there are quite a few places in the Bible that have a clear reference to reincarnation, with some not as clear as others.
Here are a few obvious ones...
Matthew 17 verse 12... "But I tell you, Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him…
"Then the disciples understood that he was talking to them about John the Baptist".
John 9 verse 1... As he went along he saw a man blind from birth.
His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind" ?
Note: If the man could have been punished for his sin, as the disciples had been taught to believe, then if he was born blind for his sin, his sin must have been from a previous life.
Job 1 verse 21...Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I shall return there.
Matthew 18 verse 8... “If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than to have two hands or two feet and be cast into the eternal fire.
John 8 ... Then the Jews said to Him,
“You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham" ?
Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.”
Up to 45% of the world believe in reincarnation & is taught in Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism & is fundamental to the esoteric Kabbalistic Jewish mysticism's view.
"The Jewish mystical tradition is the belief that our actions in this life can affect the next reincarnation depending on our good or bad involvements in the previous life.
The word gilgul comes from the Hebrew base meaning to spin.
The soul, in the Kabbalistic view, spins towards many bodies seeking the highest form of perfection.
A soul is believed to have up to a thousand opportunities to accrue the required amount of good karma that would allow a progression towards perfection".
Galatians 6 verse 8 “For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”
Attaining perfection ultimately enables a soul to be with the Lord God & later, if required, to become a Lord god.
The purpose of the reunion is for a soul to emerge as a Lord god becoming able to create physical life, from that created in the spiritual by The Supreme God of Creation.
Maybe in another planetary system or dimension that will also form additional symbiotic relationships between the spiritual & physical realms.
This, in all likelihood, taking 100's of 1000's of years.
Psalm...82 verse 6. "I said, You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High".
Children implies still learning to be like the Father - The Most High.
However most humans today soweth to the flesh as such will not reap life everlasting in this era.
It seems the only humans that have reached the highest of perfection were Enoch & Elijah.
To summarize...
All souls after thousands of incarnations, maybe in different dimensions, are able reach the highest of the high the same as Jesus will become an Almighty God of Earth but not ...
Verified accounts of reincarnation...
There have been hundreds of thousands of accounts regarding reincarnation in these modern times alone.
Some people, because of the short period of time between death & rebirth, have been able to verify details of their previous life especially if the life & or death involved trauma.
Here are just three verified accounts ...
* 1) This is an account given by a young boy named Titu Singh born in India December 1983.
At around 3 years old he started to use the names of his previous family.
Later he explained he once owned a radio & tv shop in Agra which was 13K away from Baad village where he lived. At that time he had never been to Agra in his present life.
He said his name was Suresh & his wife's name was Uma. He also named his brother, sister, mother & father.
They took a trip to the shop at the boy's continued insistence.
Their first surprise was the name of the shop SURESH RADIOS.
From what he had said his then wife was convinced he was her husband reincarnated as was his mother & father in that life.
In that previous life he was in debt to a criminal & could not pay.
One day, when driving near to his home, a man reached in through the car window & shot Suresh in the head killing him instantly.

* 2) A true story of Jenny Cockell played by Jane Seymour in the movie.
Jenny becomes pregnant again late in life & starts having vivid dreams of a strange time & place.
She seeks help from her doctor & eventually she realizes that the visions & strange drawings she did as a child were of an Irish town.
She recalls the name Mary Sutton who died giving birth there in 1932 aged 36.
Jenny takes her husband Clancy & son Kyle to Ireland, where she contacts Mary Sutton's, still living, younger brother.
He is reluctant to talk to her because she knew of a family secret that only he & his sister knew about.
*3) One of the most famous cases of a past life is that of Ruth Simmons.
At a party in 1952 Morey Bernstein hypnotized Ruth.
During the session Bernstein asked her to travel back to a time before her birth.
Suddenly she started to speak in an Irish accent & said her name was Bridey Murphy & that she lived in County Cork.
As Bridey, while under hypnosis, she mentioned the names of two grocers in Belfast where she use to buy food.
"A librarian searching a city directory for 1865 - 1866 found listed the two grocers business registrations."
Ruth's story was told both in a book by Bernstein and in a 1956 movie...

Jesus describes how the soul feels because of its return or demotion to earth as being like going into the valley of Hinnom.
Hell is a place for fallen angel & not for those with The Lord God of Earth's given soul.
Hell, for the human body & soul, is a state of mind.
Birth is a traumatic experience. Whereas dying, for most, is tranquil.
After the end of this era, on judgement day, lost souls will receive a cleansing.
Baptism is an earthly symbolic representation of the heavenly cleansing.
It is only by the grace of God everything, including evolution, exists.
Evolution was integrated within creation all as a part of His Divine plan.
